The participants can register by using the on-line registration form. They can select the preferred form of the presentation, to conduct the on-line payment by card and submit an abstract.

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:
1. Credit Card
Please fill in on the on line form via secure key system your credit card details as requested, we accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa, Amex and Diners Club.
2. Bank Transfer
The bank details including the variable symbol - number 209 . Please note that payments without this variable symbol will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.
All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. The payer pays the bank charges of their bank, and the beneficiary pays the charges of their bank, if any.
We can also send your pro-forma invoice if needed, fill in all requested information on the on line registration form or send us an e-mail.

Cancellations and Refunds
The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail email@example.com or fax (+420 224 942 550) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.
The following cancellation conditions apply:

If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change. No name change will be possible after May 10, 2018.

If you have sent already your registration, you can submit your abstract via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please indicate the form of presentation - poster or oral communication.
The abstracts will be published in the Programme Book. The individual contributions in the extent of one page formatted according to a template will be placed without further editing. The authors are responsible for the factual as well as formal correctness of the abstract. The abstracts as “doc” files are accepted on-line, when indicated in the registration form by selecting “add abstract”.
